Gardner Mountain Neighborhood is best described as the “best of both worlds” by South Lake Tahoe Locals! It’s located where Hwy 50 and Hwy 89 meet headed out towards the Camp Richardson Resort area on the left side of Hwy 89. Gardner Mountain provides residents with the tranquility and peacefulness of the U.S. Forest and the accessibility to all that South Lake Tahoe offers. It’s proximity to the “Y” allows for easy access in and out of South Lake Tahoe, as well as convenience in completing daily tasks and fulfill ones daily needs. Being tucked away from town give residents the ability to walk out there back door to a beautiful Mountain view and access a variety of trails heads for many different levels of fitness. Near by is South Lake Tahoe’s well maintained bike trails, with state parks and beaches just minutes away and the Historic Fallen Leaf Lake and the breath taking Emerald Bay a few miles away.
